RGV TTL is an educational institution created with the simple purpose of providing quality education to the community of the Rio Grande Valley, in the area of Information Technology. Since its inception, RGV TTL has sought to offer the training courses with great demand, in fields as information networking, infrastructure architecture and network management; all this looking for all those who complete their instruction, will be able to obtain professional certifications in their study area.
RGV TTL is formed by a team of professionals with expertise in education, ensuring that the instruction provided to their students will be adequate and sufficient for them to achieve their greatest potential at the time to be part of the workforce.

Ms. Aguinaga, better known as Aguie, has been a pioneer in innovative teaching and learning strategies. She applies a simple succession of training modules to help people from all walks of life achieve their educational goals and expand their earning power potential. Ms. Aguie's life's work has been to offer educational programs to individuals from all walks of life to become competent, confident, and educationally fortified. This is the key to succeed in your earning potential, entering higher education, being promoted, and moreover, being the best you can be as a lifelong learners.

Graduated from Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon in 1993 with a Bachelor in Science in Computer Science. Migrated to the United States in 1998. He worked in the IT industry for more than 15 years, before switching to education, where he has spent recent years promoting awareness among the RGV community, in completing secondary education and obtaining the certificate of High School equivalency or GED. Mr. Duran believes "the best investment in the RGV is in it's people", and that is why, as the head of RGV TTL, he has created programs that promote education in people of working age, so that by obtaining the benefit of a better education, they can achieve a higher standard of living and prosperity.
RGV native, Elizabeth Vela has dedicated more than 15 years to improve the administration of the education from an HR position. Ms. Vela's work ethics have always involve high standards of professionalism, assisting employees, coworkers, students and community members in areas of professional development, workers compensation, retirement policies and many other areas of expertise. Sharing knowledge with others is been a daily practice for her, having a constant commitment to make hers and every other's job easier.

Retired master plumber, Oscar Martinez has been supporting RGVTTL from a beginning as a volunteer, advocating for the community, helping with the outreaching of adult education programs.
The Coalition on Adult Basic Education is organized to advance national and international adult education and literacy opportunities for all persons.
